Frequenty Asked Questions
Under option 2 and 3 of your business model, you’re increasing the cost
of your project by 10% to cover the donation to the cause. The money
really isn’t coming out of your company’s pocket, it’s coming out of
mine, is this correct?
Good question. It’s not money that’s coming out of my pocket. It’s extra
time and energy that I give to every project to deliver that above expected
result – that’s what I give in this case. My intention is to deliver
excellence over 110% to every project that I do. It makes for more time
and energy everyday but because I’m able to make a good living, keep
my clients happy and generate money for a cause that is dear to me I
feel it is worth the effort. My extra time and energy becomes my way
of tithing for the cause that I’m working on. I’m a firm believer in
giving to the cause that you are raising money for. Often, I will just
have people write a check directly to the charity for the add-ons or
for little projects I do instead of my business. Often times I am more
excited about the money I’m making for the cause that I am about making
a living and can’t wait until I can send the check.
