When you complete the job how could you communicate if you cannot meet personally with your client?

A note is left with the invoice reminding the client of the intention you advised them of – doing More Than Expected – and that assuming you have met that goal two checks are to be written, i.e. one to your company for money and the other to “The Charity” for money totaling the price of the job.   A ‘thank you’ is also a good idea at this time.
