Why have I chosen Love Outreach Ministries instead of something local?

As it turns out I’m involved locally being on the board of a facility committed to the homeless in Denver and involved with an organization that sets up visits for people in the community to get involved with people that are institutionalized, i.e. nursing homes, women’s shelters, rehab centers. My feeling is that I wanted to get involved with fund raising (something I enjoy doing and that comes easy) and find something where I can get the biggest bang for the buck. I know that when I generate money for this ministry in India that the money is going directly where it’s needed and that Maria and Jack will totally be accountable. They are willing to show books and open to my ideas as to how to spend the money of Maria’s to build a school.
