What is it about?

The Philanthropic Business Network was started  Sept. 10, 2006 by Joe Phillipps, who was inspired while   meeting with a client from India.  Joe conceived of a way to raise money to support her charity in India which includes an orphanage, a school and   in two leprosy colonies healthcare.  How he does this is explained in the first Philanthropic Business Model that is featured on the PBN website – utilizing his company - AAA Emergency Tree Service, LLC - through extra effort on behalf of   a charity and excellence in his business he raises money from his clients for worthy causes.  He is building a network – PBN - to encourage other businesses to add a philanthropic element to their workplace.   The Philanthropic Business Model that he uses is very well suited for service businesses and recently he is focusing on building PBN from the ground up.
